【摘要】:Replacement:ThisstandardmodifiesoramendstherequirementsofthePart1standard.InCanadathePart1standardapplicableisCAN/CSAE60730-1,Automaticelectricalcontrolsforhouseholdandsimilaruse-Part1:GeneralRequirements,andintheU.S.thePart1standardapplicableisUL60730-1A,Automaticelectricalcontrolsforhouseholdandsimilaruse-Part1:GeneralRequirements,3rdEdition.Thisstandardappliestonewlyproducedautomaticburnerignitionsystemsandsystemcomponentsconstructedentirelyofnew,unusedpartsandmaterialsfortheautomaticcontrolofburnersforoneormoreofthefollowingfuels:oil,naturalgas,manufacturedgas,mixedgas,liquefiedpetroleumgasor,LPgas-airmixturesThisstandardisapplicabletoacompleteburnerignitionsystem,aseparateprogrammingunit,anoxygendepletionsafetyshutoffsystemandcomponentsthatperformoneormoreofthefollowingfunctions:a)Ignitethefuelatthemainburner(s),oratthepilotburner(s)soitcanignitethemainburner(s);b)Provethepresenceofeithertheignitionsource,themainburnerflame,orboth;c)Automaticallyacttoshutoffthefuelsupplytothemainburner(s),ortothepilotandmainburner(s),whenthesupervisedflameorignitionsourceisnotproved;andd)Automaticallyacttoshutoffthegassupplytothepilotandmainburner(s),whentheoxygencontentoftheroominwhichtheequipmentisinstalledisreducedbelowapredeterminedlevel.Componentscanbe,butarenotlimitedto:automaticcontrols;pilotburners,thermoelectricdevices,electrodes,ignitiondevices,ignitionsourcesandflamedetectors.Throughoutthisstandardthefollowingtermsshallbeabbreviatedasshownbelow:1."system"means"burnerignitionsystem."2."component"means"burnerignitionsystemcomponent."3."control"means"system"or"component."RequirementsforseparateignitiontransformersarecoveredinStandardforSpecialtyTransformers,UL506,andCSAC22.2No.13,theStandardforLuminousTubeSigns,OilandGasBurnerIgnitionEquipment,Cold-CathodeInteriorLighting.Replacement:Thisstandardappliestoinherentsafety;tothemanufacturer'sdeclaredoperatingvalues,operatingtimesandoperatingsequenceswheresuchareassociatedwithburnersafetyandtothetestingofsystemsandcomponentsusedin,on,orinassociationwithburners.Requirementsforspecificoperatingvalues,operatingtimes,andoperatingsequencesaregiveninthestandardsforappliancesandequipment.Replacement:Thisstandardappliestomanualcontrolswhensuchareelectricallyand/ormechanicallyintegralwithautomaticsystems.
