【摘要】:ThepurposeofthisreportistoprovideguidelinesfordemonstratingthetraceabilityofdimensionalmeasurementstotheSIunitoflength(themeter).TheInternationalVocabularyofBasicandGeneralTermsinMetrology(VIM)[7]providesageneraldefinitionoftraceability.However,manydetailsarenotspecifiedbythisdefinition.ThisreportprovidesaninterpretationoftheVIMdefinition.ThedemonstrationofmetrologicaltraceabilityofadimensionalmeasurementperB89.7.5requiresthefollowing:(a)clearstatementofthemeasurand(thequantityundermeasurement),(b)identificationofthemeasurementsystemand/orstandardsusedinthemeasurement,(c)astatementofthemeasurementuncertaintyforthemeasurementresult,consistentwiththeprinciplesdescribedintheGuidetotheExpressionofUncertaintyinMeasurement[1,2],(d)anuncertaintybudgetthatdescribesandguantifiesthesignificantuncertaintycontributors,(e)documentationtraceabilityofthelengthstandard(s)usedinthemeasurementbacktoanappropriatemetrologicalterminus,(f)ameasurementassuranceprogramthatassuresthatthemeasurementsystem(andotherstandardsifused)andtheconditionsofthemeasurementarewithinthevalidityconditionsofthemeasurementuncertaintystatement.
