【摘要】:ThisTechnicalSpecificationgivesrequirementsandguidancefortheorganizationofproficiencytestingschemesformicrobiologicalexaminationsof:a)foodandbeverages;b)animalfeedingstuffs;c)foodproductionenvironmentsandfoodhandling;d)primaryproductionstages.ThisTechnicalSpecificationisalsopotentiallyapplicabletothemicrobiologicalexaminationofwaterwherewateriseitherusedinfoodproductionorisregardedasafoodinnationallegislation.ThisTechnicalSpecificationrelatestothetechnicalorganizationandtheimplementationofproficiencytestingschemes,aswellasthestatisticaltreatmentoftheresultsofmicrobiologicalexaminations.ThisTechnicalSpecificationisdesignedforusewithISO/IEC17043andISO13528,anddealsonlywithareaswherespecificoradditionaldetailsarenecessaryforproficiencytestingschemesdealingwithmicrobiologicalanalysesfortheareasspecifiedinthefirstparagraph.
