【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardgivesgeneralguidelinesforenumerationofyeastandmouldpresentincosmeticsbycountingthecoloniesonselectiveagarmediumafteraerobicincubation.Inordertoensureproductqualityandsafetyforconsumers,itisadvisabletoperformanappropriatemicrobiologicalriskanalysissoastodeterminethetypesofcosmeticproductstowhichthisInternationalStandardisapplicable.Productsconsideredtopresentalowmicrobiologicalriskincludethosewithlowwateractivity,hydro-alcoholicproducts,productswithextremepHvalues,etc.Becauseofthelargevarietyofcosmeticproductswithinthisfieldofapplication,thismethodmightnotbesuitedtosomeproductsineverydetail(e.g.certainwater-immiscibleproducts).Othermethods(e.g.automated)canbeusedforthetestpresentedhereprovidedthattheirequivalencehasbeendemonstratedorthemethodhasbeenotherwisevalidated.Yeastenumeratedcanbeidentifiedusingsuitableidentificationtests,forexampletestsdescribedinthestandardslistedintheBibliography.Mouldenumeratedcanbeidentifiedbyotherappropriatemethods,ifnecessary.
