【摘要】:Thismethodisfordeterminingtracemetalelementsinfresh,regeneratedandspentalumina-,silica-orsilica/alumina-basedcatalystsbyInductivelyCoupledPlasma-AtomicEmissionSpectroscopy(ICP-AES).Fe,Ni,V,Ca,Mg,Mn,Cr,Sn,Cu,Zn,Ti,Pb,Na,Mo,CoandSiaredeterminedquantitativelyoncatalysts.Siisnotdeterminedwhenitisacomponentofthecatalystbase.Otherelementscanbeaddedifrequired,however,BaandHgcannotbedetermined.Inaddition,AsandParedeterminedonregeneratedorspentalumina-basedcatalyst.Themajorityofthespecifiedelementscanbedeterminedwithintheconcentrationrangeof0.005to2.0mass-%.SpecificconcentrationrangesfortheelementsdeterminedarelistedinTable1.Thismethodisnotapplicabletonoblemetalsandmodifiersoncatalysts.ThoseelementscanbedeterminedbyUOPMethod873.Thismethodcannotbeusedfordeterminingimpuritiesinalpha-aluminacatalyst.
